Keith has extensive experience in the areas of oil and gas, land and natural resources, commercial law, surface rights, and commercial real estate. He is the only lawyer in Saskatchewan currently listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in the Energy - Oil and Gas field, and regularly acts for local, national, and international oil and gas companies with operations in Saskatchewan.

Keith is a member and a past director of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation, and has served in various capacities with the Canadian Bar Association and numerous community organizations. 

He is listed in the 2008-2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of Natural Resources Law.

Keith has recently been named the Best Lawyers' 2012 Regina Natural Resources Law Lawyer of the Year.

Keith has been a managing partner of the firm since 1983.
