In recent years, Canada has seen a dramatic increase in class actions against individuals, corporations, and governments. With the proclamation of class actions legislation in 2002, Saskatchewan is no exception.

We acted as lead counsel successfully defending one of the first contested certification applications to be heard in the Province. We have regularly represented clients in Saskatchewan class action proceedings since that time, and have also represented clients in class proceedings in Ontario.
