Practice Concentration & Experience Murray has a commercial litigation practice focussed in the banking, energy, and insurance industries.
He has extensive experience in oil and gas litigation, insolvency litigation, farm security enforcement, and insurance litigation and has argued cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as before various administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies. His clients include insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions, and oil and gas companies with operations in Saskatchewan. He has particular experience conducting surface rights hearings before the Saskatchewan Surface Rights Board and has presented matters to the National Energy Board.
