Practice Concentration & Experience
David practices primarily in the area of family law. He has extensive experience, and regularly advises clients on separation, divorce, custody and parenting arrangements, spousal and child support issues, property division, adoptions, and other family law issues.

David is a member of the Saskatchewan bar and an inactive member of the Manitoba bar, and is fully trained and certified in collaborative law, an alternative dispute resolution technique that is transforming the practice of family law. He is also a member of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Institute of Saskachewan, Inc. and ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. He is a former chairperson of the Family Law South Saskatchewan Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and a former member of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Family Law Committee on Spousal Support.
