Practice Concentration & Experience Keith practises primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, transportation, regulatory and administrative law. He has a diverse commercial litigation practice, including class actions, products liability, competition, oil and gas, and construction cases, and has extensive experience defending regulatory prosecutions and commercial offences. He has experience before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court, and the Tax Court of Canada as well as before various administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies. He has also been appointed as an inquest coroner to preside over inquest hearings in Saskatchewan conducted before a civil jury.
Keith is a director of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association and a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association (US), and as part of the firm’s transportation law practice represents motor carriers, bus companies, and courier companies in regulatory and litigation matters. He is listed in the 2008, 2009, and 2010 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of Transportation Law.
Keith is a member of the Saskatchewan bar and an inactive member of the British Columbia bar, and has published articles appearing in the Alberta Law Review, Transportation Lawyer, Journal of Motor Vehicle Law, Criminal Law Quarterly, and Health Law Journal.
