Practice Concentration & Experience Paul is an experienced litigator, practising primarily in the areas of family law, estate litigation, personal injury, and civil litigation.
Paul has argued cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan. He has extensive experience in the family law area, and regularly advises clients on separation, divorce, custody and parenting arrangements, spousal and child support issues, property division, adoptions, and other family law issues. Paul has particular experience in the valuation and division of property and liabilities, including complex property division cases involving pensions, farms, and business interests.
Paul is listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in Family Law.
Paul is listed in the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the areas of Family Law.
Paul has been a frequent presenter at family law and ethics training seminars for lawyers, and has also presented at and participated in the programs of the National Judicial Institute. He is a mediator accredited by Law Society of Saskatchewan, and is a qualified member of Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc. Paul regularly conducts interest based negotiations and mediations in the family law area. Paul is the Chair of the Saskatchewan Police Commission and the President of the Law Society.
