We have a diverse litigation practice, but have particular experience in oil and gas litigation, insurance claims, professional negligence claims, construction litigation, products liability claims, bankruptcy and insolvency disputes, class actions, contract disputes, and enforcing creditor rights. We also have a significant regulatory litigation practice, and have extensive experience conducting various regulatory applications that are specific to certain industries (such as the oil and gas and transportation industries) and in conducting hearings before professional regulatory bodies.
