Practice Concentration & Experience Kirk practises primarily in the areas of banking and commercial finance, corporate and commercial, intellectual property, and privacy law. He has experience representing borrowers, lending institutions, equity investors and other creditors in large and small commercial financing arrangements. He also has experience in a variety of acquisition and merger, commercial real estate and intellectual property licensing transactions.
