The Canadian oil and gas industry is based in Alberta, and not surprisingly the core of our practice involves acting as local counsel to national firms with operations in Saskatchewan.

The broad nature of clientele has given us the opportunity to gain experience in most legal matters relating to the oil and gas industry in Saskatchewan.

Our practice is headed by Keith D. Boyd, Q.C., who is the only lawyer in Saskatchewan currently rated by Lexpert in the Energy - Oil and Gas field. Several of our partners are members of the Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation.

Our experience in the Energy industry is not limited to oil and gas. We have participated in the development of some of the first wind and co-generation projects in Saskatchewan, and have acted as counsel on several mining projects.
