We provide advice and representation to operators on all surface rights issues, including acquisitions, applications, compensation issues, abandonment and restoration, tortious conduct, and appeals to the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. We have an extensive surface rights practice dating back to 1978, and have represented operators before the Surface Rights Board in 16 out of the 21 reported right of entry decisions in Saskatchewan from 2001 to 2003.
