Almost since its founding in 1955, Kanuka Thuringer LLP has been acting for motor carriers in regulatory, litigation, and commercial matters. This broad client base has enabled us to understand the particular needs of those in the transportation industry. For many years, we have acted as counsel to the Saskatchewan Trucking Association.

One of our name partners, Joseph Kanuka, Q.C., was a founding member of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association, and in 2002 he was inducted into the Saskatchewan Transportation Hall of Fame. Two other partners are former Directors of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association, and the firm is proud to carry on its tradition of service to the transportation industry.
