We also provide advice and assistance to personal representatives regarding administration of assets in estates where it is not necessary to apply for grants of probate or administration. In addition, we provide litigation services to clients to resolve estate disputes.

As a result of our experience in the area of estates, we also provide advice to corporations that have questions regarding requirements to release assets of an estate. We also provide advice and assistance to clients in the petroleum and natural gas industry who wish to obtain a valid petroleum and natural gas lease from an estate.
