Practice Concentration & Experience
Keith has extensive experience in the areas of oil and gas, land and natural resources, commercial law, surface rights, and commercial real estate. He is the only lawyer in Saskatchewan currently listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in the Energy - Oil and Gas field, and regularly acts for local, national, and international oil and gas companies with operations in Saskatchewan.

Keith is a member and a director of the Canadian Petroleum Law Foundation, and has served in various capacities with the Canadian Bar Association and numerous community organizations. Keith was also formerly the Registrar of the Regina Land Titles Office. 

He is also listed in the 2008, 2009, and 2010 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of Natural Resources Law.

Keith has been a managing partner of the firm since 1983.
