Practice Concentration & Experience Paul practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, employment and labour law, builders’ liens and construction law, insurance, creditor rights, and insolvency litigation. He has experience in all levels of court in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. Paul regularly represents owners, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants in construction litigation, as well as insurers and insureds in insurance litigation.
Paul is a former co-chair of the Civil Litigation South Section of the Canadian Bar Association.
