Practice Concentration & Experience Diana practices primarily in the areas of insolvency and commercial litigation, debt collection, land and security realizations, and administrative law. She has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as before various administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies. She has particular experience in the area of human rights, and has served as a tribunal member for the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.
Diana has taught trial skills to lawyers in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Since 1993, she has been an instructor at the Intensive Trial Advocacy course at the University of Calgary, which is presented annually as a joint effort by the University of Calgary College of Law and the Legal Education Society of Alberta. Diana was also on the planning committee that instituted the same kind of program in Saskatchewan for Saskatchewan lawyers in the fall of 1998, and was a lecturer at the Saskatchewan course for several years after its inception.
Diana is a Past President of the Regina Bar Association, a past member of the Queen’s Bench Bar Judicial Council, a past member of the Court of Appeal Bar Judicial Council, a Past President of Regina Women’s Network, a past member of Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan and legal adviser to the several Chinese associations in Saskatchewan.
