Jason carries on a general civil litigation practice. He has experience in various areas of litigation including construction disputes, insurance, commercial and corporate disputes, administrative law, constitutional law and First Nations law.
Jason appears regularly before the Court of Queen’s Bench on civil matters and has appeared a number of times before the Court of Appeal. He has experience in chambers, at trial and on appeal.
Jason has appeared before statutory tribunals and the Tax Court of Canada. He has also represented clients on leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.

  • Spent twelve years working Emergency Medical Services (EMS); the final eight as a paramedic
  • Involved with didactic and practical training of new EMS recruits
