Lucien is an associate at the Regina office of Kanuka Thuringer LLP. He carries on a general practice of law with a focus on corporate/commercial law, and land and resource law. Lucien has analyzed oil and gas leases, analyzed natural resource leases, and assisted with corporate lease issues. In addition, he has assisted in the dissolution of small businesses, incorporating corporations, corporate reorganizations and the preparation and review of corporate documents.

Lucien has prepared and reviewed the necessary documentation for leases, tax deferred roll-overs, incorporation, dissolution, and reorganizations. Although, his focus is on land and resource law, Lucien has prepared pleadings to the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and the Bankruptcy Court.

Lucien is a member of the Saskatchewan Bar Association.

Previous Career

  • Spent two years working as an Environmental Consultant primarily on Saskatchewan Uranium mines
  • Spent one year as a mine rescue/mine fire rescue trainer
  • Spent one year as a document specialist for an Engineering firm primarily working with Saskatchewan Potash mines
